An illuminating talk on “Women Empowerment, Maternal and Child Care” was arranged by Department of Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics, Madinah Teaching Hospital on March 15, 2022.
Experts including Prof Dr Aisha Sajid, Head Department of Peadriatics, MTH, Dr Amber Fatima from Department of Gynecology, MTH and Dr Shanza Mukhtar from Department of Nutrition & Dietetics, TUF shared their views on Women Empowerment and Maternal and Child Nutrition.
During the discussion session, they encouraged and empowered the students about how to tackle their hardships. In concluding session, Brig. Dr Munir Ahmad, Medical Superintendent, MTH shared his reviews on women empowerment and appreciated the efforts of Dr Noor Fatima, Clinical Dietitian for expanding the Clinical Nutrition Department as well as conducting the Post-graduate Training Program.
